The rates quoted below include a full color ad, ad design (if necessary), monthly ad changes (as necessary), mention of all advertisers (display ads only) in the Table of Contents and Shopper's Guide of each edition, mention of current advertisers on the front page of this web site, and ad placement on this #1 ranked web site, with a link to your site, and in our online digital version with turning page technology.
ADVERTISER AGREES TO PAY ALL INVOICES UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE
Advertiser agrees that all artwork, copy and photos created by Today’s Senior Magazine, LLC are the property of Today’s Senior Magazine, LLC and any copyrights existing therein are hereby transferred to Today’s Senior Magazine, LLC. Above rate includes initial ad design (if necessary), and two requested ad changes to the newly designed ad. Additional changes would be done at an hourly rate of $35.00 In the event above advertiser wishes to change their existing ad, minor changes will be done at no additional charge, and advertiser agrees to pay additional production charges should the changes be extensive and require redesigning of an existing ad. Advertiser must submit requested ad changes by the 5th of the month prior to the publication month.
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Today’s Senior Magazine, LLC from any loss or liability arising out of or in connection with the publication of the advertised material. Today’s Senior Magazine, LLC will not be responsible for errors in advertising beyond the cost of the space occupied by the error.
At the expiration of this contract, pursuant to the term as above set out, this Agreement shall continue on a month-by-month basis (at the current monthly rate) until such time as either party shall give the other party a 30 day advance written notice (prior to publication date) of its intent to not continue under the terms herein. Startup advertisement will require payment prior to publication.
Advertiser will be billed monthly for each issue covered by this contract and monthly invoices are due upon receipt. Ads will not be placed in the magazine if payment is not received prior to production day. Advertiser agrees to pay a service charge of $25.00 per month on any unpaid balance over 30 days, plus all legal and/or collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any unpaid balance, up to fifty percent (50%).
The advertiser warrants that he/she is authorized to execute this Agreement for the advertiser and that they have received a copy of this Agreement.
A copy of our
magazine, containing your ad, will be sent to you each month.
No adult material, political or religious material is permitted. Ad material subject to our approval.
